• BitPulsar operates BlaBla PDF. You can contact us at support@blablapdf.com.
• This policy covers the website, account area, browser extension, billing, support, and administration systems for the PDF product.

• BlaBla PDF focuses on document creation, PDF editing, signing, annotation, project saving, conversion, cleanup, inspection, protection, page organization, compression, and batch work.
• Editor project saving is free. Final PDF export from New PDF and Edit PDF is part of PRO.
• Standard PDF tools create a new result when you choose to export. Free counts one successful export per standard PDF tool per day.
• Account, billing, plan status, support, security logs, and admin operations are separate product systems.

• Account creation, login, subscription status, trial state, device access, billing records, support requests, and transactional emails require normal internet-based product processing.
• Payment details are handled by payment processors. BlaBla PDF does not need to receive full card details.
• A coarse country code may be stored where needed for billing, support, fraud prevention, administration, or legal context.

• Optional analytics and attribution run only after consent. They help us understand whether pages, signups, and paid subscriptions are working.
• Consent settings apply to this browser and device.

• If you contact support, you choose what to send. Avoid sending private documents, payment details, passwords, or confidential data unless necessary.
• Support attachments and messages are retained as long as needed to handle the request and keep reasonable service records.

• Account and billing records are retained as needed for operation, security, disputes, legal obligations, tax records, and fraud prevention.
• Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or receive a copy of personal data connected to your account.
• Account deletion can be requested from account settings or by email. Records that must be kept for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute reasons may remain.

• We process account, billing, device, support, security, and usage-limit data to provide the service, perform contracts, protect the product, comply with legal duties, and handle requests.
• Consent is used for optional analytics, ad attribution, and similar website measurements where required. You can change consent choices from privacy settings.
• Where we rely on legitimate interests, the interest is operating, securing, improving, and supporting a PDF product without collecting more data than needed for those purposes.

• Data may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, payment, email, hosting, analytics, and support providers where needed for the product.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Authentication and account infrastructure may use Firebase/Google services. Hosting may use Vercel or similar deployment infrastructure.
• We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

• Some service providers may process data outside your country or the European Economic Area. Where required, this is handled through appropriate legal safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or provider transfer mechanisms.

• The browser extension may store local settings, plan state, signed entitlement tokens, device information, language/theme preferences, and other product state needed for normal operation.
• Local browser storage stays on the device unless a product feature or account action intentionally communicates with the backend.

• If you are in the EU/EEA, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
• BlaBla PDF does not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects based solely on profiling. Billing, entitlement, device, and fraud-prevention systems may make technical access decisions based on account status and product rules.

• Wir verarbeiten Konto-, Abrechnungs-, Geräte-, Support-, Sicherheits- und Nutzungslimitdaten, um den Dienst bereitzustellen, Verträge zu erfüllen, das Produkt zu schützen, rechtliche Pflichten einzuhalten und Anfragen zu bearbeiten.

• Zahlungen werden über Stripe verarbeitet. Authentifizierung und Kontoinfrastruktur können Firebase/Google-Dienste nutzen. Hosting kann über Vercel oder vergleichbare Infrastruktur erfolgen.
• Wir verkaufen keine personenbezogenen Daten an Werbetreibende.

• Einige Dienstleister können Daten außerhalb Ihres Landes oder des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums verarbeiten. Soweit erforderlich, geschieht dies über geeignete rechtliche Schutzmaßnahmen wie Standardvertragsklauseln oder Transfermechanismen der Anbieter.

• Lokaler Browserspeicher bleibt auf dem Gerät, sofern nicht eine Produktfunktion oder Kontoaktion bewusst mit dem Backend kommuniziert.

• BlaBla PDF nutzt keine automatisierte Entscheidungsfindung, die ausschließlich auf Profiling beruht und rechtliche oder ähnlich erhebliche Wirkung entfaltet. Abrechnung, Berechtigungen, Geräte- und Betrugsprävention können technische Zugangsentscheidungen anhand von Kontostatus und Produktregeln treffen.

• BlaBla PDF n’utilise pas de décision automatisée produisant des effets juridiques ou similaires sur la seule base d’un profilage. Les systèmes de facturation, droits, appareils et prévention de fraude peuvent prendre des décisions techniques d’accès selon l’état du compte et les règles produit.
