Terms of Service
These terms apply to the BlaBla PDF website, account, billing, support, administration, browser extension, PDF editor, and PDF tool systems.
1. Scope
- These terms apply to the BlaBla PDF website, account area, browser extension, PDF tools, billing, support, and administration systems.
- If checkout, account settings, or product screens show more specific instructions or consent text, that instruction may apply to the specific action.
2. Product role
- BlaBla PDF is a browser extension and website for PDF creation, PDF editing, signing, annotation, project saving, PDF conversion, organization, cleanup, protection, inspection, compression, and batch document work.
- The editor lets you work on a project before final export. You remain responsible for checking the result before using, sending, signing, uploading, or storing it.
- Only PDF product features are part of this website surface.
3. Free and PRO
- Free includes editor use and project saving, plus one successful export per standard PDF tool per day.
- Final PDF export from New PDF and Edit PDF is part of PRO.
- PRO removes the successful-export limit across the standard PDF tool collection.
- PRO may start with a 7-day trial. Payment details are required, but no amount is charged when the trial starts.
- BlaBla PDF currently has one main paid plan: PRO.
4. Checkout, cancellation, refunds, and devices
- If you cancel during the trial, you keep trial access until the trial ends and no charge happens.
- If you cancel after payment, PRO remains active until the end of the paid period and then does not renew.
- A paid period that has already started is not automatically refunded unless the issue is clearly our fault or mandatory law requires it.
- One active device is included per personal PRO account unless additional allowance is granted or sold later.
5. Availability and documents
- BlaBla PDF is built for practical PDF document work, but no product can promise that every file, restriction, document structure, browser, or environment will behave perfectly.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process the files you choose to use with the product.
6. Intellectual property
- BlaBla PDF, the website, product design, wording, images, code, and related materials are protected by intellectual-property rights.
- Nothing in these terms grants a right to copy, resell, misuse, or misrepresent the product or brand.
7. Governing law and contact
- These terms are governed by German law, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
